Perfect for our family!

Room was cozy, with a full kitchen that made breakfast a breeze. Loved that we could walk to Universal in just 20 mins. Staff was super friendly and always helped us out. Only wish the pool was deeper. it felt more for little kids.

The spacious two-bedroom unit was meticulously clean, providing a perfect home base for our family. We particularly enjoyed the excellent view from the 19th floor and the variety of nearby dining options.

A surprise around every corner

The spacious suite felt like home with its comprehensive kitchen facilities. Enjoyed splashing around in the warm pool, and the weather was perfect for evening outings.

However, the check-in process was unusually chaotic. It took quite some time to get our room sorted, which put a bit of a damper on our arrival.

The kids absolutely loved the swimming pools, especially the one designed just for them. Our spacious Signature Two Bedroom Deluxe Suite felt perfect for our family of six, making our stay incredibly comfy. We also enjoyed the fun activities, like the Mission Control Game Room.

My kids wished for a deeper pool for more adventurous splashing.

Families would enjoy it

This place had an amazing pool area, perfect for the kids to splash around while I just relaxed on the side. The staff? Incredible! They treated us like family and even remembered my kids' names, which made our stay feel personal.

It wasn't exactly cheap but that was fine for the quality we got.

Loved the activity directors and fishing with the grandkids, but service response time needs improvement.

I really enjoyed the two-bedroom suite. The master bedroom had a queen bed, a sink, and a tub, which was a nice touch. The guest room offered two twin beds and an accessible bathroom. The kitchen had all the essentials, but I found the stainless steel pan frustrating. the eggs kept sticking. The living area was cozy with a three-seat couch and a good-sized dining area. I loved how close the hotel is to Universal, making it perfect for our trip. However, there were issues with the internet service. it cost $9.99 daily, which felt unnecessary. The TVs had poor grainy reception, making it hard to watch shows. Also, the bathtub leaked, and the maintenance didn’t seem to address it while we were there. Some updates on room amenities and better maintenance would really help improve the experience.

The Westgate Palace Hotel has a lovely atmosphere with spacious accommodations, making it perfect for families. I appreciated how well-maintained the property was and the quick access to Orlando's major attractions added convenience to our trip.
